Ordering your Estimate is simple.
1. Complete the Request for Repairs Estimate form.
2. Upload the client’s Request for Repairs, Home Inspection & Pictures.
3. Pay your Fee (Debit, Credit or PayPal)
a. $100 Regular (72-hour turnaround)*
b. $200 RUSH (24-hour turnaround)*
c. $125 Onsite Inspection fee (additional charge)
4. If an onsite inspection is requested, pick your date/time.

Note:
Unless we do an onsite inspection (for an additional fee of $125), the Estimate will
be based solely on the Home Inspection Reports and pictures provided by client
and/or their agent.
EXCLUSIONS. We do not provide estimates for the following: HVAC,
Appliances (all), Roofs, Garage Doors, Foundation and/or Structural
Issues.
If client retains the services of LT Handyman and Construction Services to repair any items listed on
the estimate (min. $600), we will credit their invoice $100.
