Who does the work?
Larry oversees every project under his licence. His team carries out much of the work, Larry works on some jobs himself, and work outside his licence classification is handled by appropriately licensed subcontractors.
Do you take on small jobs, or only remodels?
Both. A repair list gets the same attention as a full remodel.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. LT Handyman & Construction Services, Inc. holds California licence #1117566, and is bonded and insured, including workers’ compensation.
What areas do you serve?
All of San Diego County, from our base in Ramona.
Do you give written estimates?
Yes. Every job is quoted in writing before any work begins, so you know what you are paying for and what is included.
Can I combine several items into one estimate?
Yes. Send the whole list, inside and outside, with a few photos, and Larry will quote it as one job.
Do you handle permits?
Permits and inspections are pulled wherever the job and the local jurisdiction call for them.

Got a office and bedroom remodel done by LT Handyman & Construction. Turned out better than expected, easy communication. They were in and out in a timely manner, kept the rest of the house clean and in working order while they did their work. Amazing job.
I'm a home painting contractor that's been in the business for 30 years. I work with many general contractors on their clients projects, but there's only one that I have actually had work on my home and that's LT Handyman & Construction Services. I've had them remodel 2 bathrooms for us and even had them add a bathroom in our back yard. They changed out all my back doors and windows to new large sliders and windows and couldn't be happier. I just moved into a condo that had no lights in any of the bedrooms or living room. I had LT Handyman come out and give me a quote for everything. The guy (Larry) was extremely nice and helped me with a few ideas for what type of lights and different light switches etc... I chose them because their price was fair and I could tell they knew what they were doing by the way he described the job. I have vaulted ceilings with no attic space... The guys that came out to do the work were very friendly and informative. They did a great job with the install and touch up paint covering up their pencil marks and other tiny things that would have driven my wife crazy. They also cleaned up when they left! Keeping me out of the doghouse haha The next day I noticed some outlets in my bedroom were not working. They came back out the next day and fixed it free of charge! I am very happy I chose LT Handyman.
I feel like I am handy but there have been a few projects that I got in over my head, the two main projects were doors that I installed myself on my own home. I did not do a great job, but called LT Handyman and they came out and made me feel like I did a decent job and fixed the work so it would be great work. Thank you LT Handyman for the multiple jobs that you fixed for me. Our doors look and work great now. I know I will be calling again.
