1. Acceptance of Terms

By using lthandymanconstructionservices.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems.
• Use automated tools to extract data from the Site beyond what robots.txt permits.
• Submit false, inaccurate or misleading information through any form.
• Use the Site in any way that violates federal, state or local law.

3. Inquiries, Estimates and Proposals

Information on the Site, and any response to an online estimate request, is general information only and is not a binding offer.

Price, scope, schedule and terms for any work are set only in a written agreement signed by LT Handyman & Construction Services, Inc. and you, as required for home improvement contracts under California law. Using the Site or submitting an estimate request does not create a contract.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site’s content, including text, photographs of our work, graphics, design and code, belongs to LT Handyman & Construction Services, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or distribution requires our written permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site links to and uses third-party services, such as the California Contractors State License Board license lookup, our client portal, Google Analytics and GoHighLevel. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by California law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

7. Service-Specific Terms

These Terms govern use of the website only. Work we perform is governed by the separate written contract for that project, including any warranty it provides. Nothing on the Site changes or adds to that contract.

8. Communications and Consent

By submitting an estimate request you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your request. We send text messages only if you opt in to them separately; that consent is optional and not a condition of any estimate or purchase. Message and data rates may apply. 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

The Effective Date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them.
